lead match is operated by Trebol Ventures LLC d/b/a Casventa, a licensed Pennsylvania real estate referral company. We connect homeowners and buyers with licensed real estate agents and independent cash buyers. Casventa does not list, sell, buy, appraise, or provide brokerage services directly, and is not acting as your agent. The service is free to consumers and carries no obligation. Casventa may receive a referral fee from the agent or buyer we introduce you to; this never changes what you pay.

Home value figures, listing ranges, and cash offer ranges are automated estimates based on local data. They are not appraisals, guaranteed offers, or commitments to purchase, and they are non-binding until you sign a written agreement with a buyer or agent. Actual figures depend on a walkthrough and market conditions.

When you check the consent box and submit your information, you agree that Casventa may contact you by phone, text, and email at the contact details you provided, including with automated technology and a prerecorded or artificial (AI) voice, and that the licensed agent or cash buyer we introduce you to may contact you personally, by phone, text, or email, about the request you made. Consent is not a condition of any service. You can revoke consent at any time by any reasonable means, including replying STOP to a text, saying so on a call, or emailing support@casventa.com.

Program name: Casventa lead match alerts. We send transactional and informational texts about your request: estimates and offer ranges, call scheduling, and status updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; you will receive one final message confirming your opt-out. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@casventa.com or (844) 926-2402. You agree to provide accurate information about yourself and any property you submit, and to use the service only for a genuine interest in selling, buying, or valuing a home. We may decline or discontinue service where information appears inaccurate or the service is misused.

The service is provided as-is. Casventa is not a party to any transaction between you and an agent or buyer, and is not responsible for their acts, omissions, or performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Casventa's total liability arising out of the service is limited to one hundred dollars. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.

These terms are governed by Pennsylvania law. If we change them, we will post the new version here with a new effective date; continued use of the service means you accept the changes. The September 6, 2026 revision narrowed “communications consent” to what the consent box actually says: automated and AI-voice contact is from Casventa; the professional we introduce you to contacts you personally.
