01who we are#
Casventa is a registered fictitious name (d/b/a) of Trebol Ventures LLC, a licensed Pennsylvania real estate referral company located at 700 Bent Creek Blvd, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050. This policy covers the lead match service, including leadmatch.casventa.com, freehomeoffertoday.com, myhomesearchnow.com, and communications you receive from us by phone, text, or email.
02what we collect#
When you request an estimate, cash offer range, or agent introduction, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, property address and details, your timeline and preferences, and your responses during calls with our assistant. Calls may be recorded where permitted by law, and you will be told when they are. We also collect standard technical information such as IP address and browser type when you use our sites, and, when you arrive from one of our ads, the click identifier the advertising platform attached to the link (see “advertising measurement” below).
03how we use it#
We use your information to prepare automated home value and offer estimates, to confirm your details by phone, to connect you with a licensed real estate agent or an independent cash buyer suited to your situation, and to send you the results and follow-up you asked for. We also use a limited set of information to measure whether our own advertising works, as described under “advertising measurement” below. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to show you ads on other websites or apps.
05text messaging (SMS)#
If you check the consent box and provide your mobile number, we may send you text messages about your request, such as your estimate or offer range, call scheduling, and status updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any service. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of texts, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts stops all of our automated outreach to you on every channel.
06your choices#
You can opt out of communications at any time: reply STOP to any text, say so on any call, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or contact us at support@casventa.com or (844) 926-2402. You may also ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and we will honor your request unless the law requires us to keep it (for example, consent and licensing records).
08advertising measurement#
We advertise on Google and inside ChatGPT. To learn which ads lead to real requests, our public pages (home value, cash offer, listing agent, and buyer pages) load two measurement tags: the Google Ads conversion tag and the ChatGPT Ads measurement pixel. Each stores the click identifier that brought you here in a first-party cookie on our site (Google: _gcl_aw and _gcl_au; ChatGPT: __oppref and __obref), and reports the page view to its platform along with your IP address and browser type.
When you submit a request, and later if that request reaches a milestone (our assistant confirms your details, an agent is introduced, a referral agreement is signed, a sale closes), we report the milestone to the one platform whose ad you clicked, keyed on that click identifier, with the date and, for a closed sale, the referral fee amount. So the platform can match the report to its own records, we also send a one-way SHA-256 hash of the email address you gave us. We never send your email address in readable form, and our servers never send your name, your phone number, your property address, or anything you told our assistant on a call.
OpenAI's measurement tag works differently. When it is loaded, it automatically looks for contact details you enter on our pages, such as your email address and phone number, turns them into a one-way hash in your browser, and sends only the hash to OpenAI to match the visit to an ad. The readable values never leave your browser. Turning measurement off (below) stops the tag from loading.
Google and OpenAI receive this information as advertising platforms under their own terms and privacy policies, and use it to report our campaign results to us and to decide how our ads are delivered. We do not use it to show you ads on other sites or apps, we do not build or buy audiences, we do not retarget you, and we do not share your information with data brokers.
You can turn this off. Use the switch below, or send a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser. Either way the tags do not load, no advertising cookie is set, and if you go on to submit a request in that browser we mark it so that no milestone is ever reported for it, not even from our servers. The choice is stored in your browser, like any cookie setting; use it again on another device or after clearing site data. Turning measurement off does not change the service you receive.
You can also manage the platforms' own settings: Google Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com) and the ads controls in your OpenAI account.
09your privacy choices — do not sell or share#
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only (a) with the licensed agent, brokerage, cash-buyer partner, or lender you asked us to introduce you to, (b) with the service providers that run our platform, and (c) with Google Ads or ChatGPT Ads for advertising measurement as described above.
Some state privacy laws treat that measurement reporting as “sharing” personal information for advertising, or as “targeted advertising,” and give you the right to opt out of it. We give that right to everyone, in every state, without asking where you live: use the switch under “advertising measurement,” send a Global Privacy Control signal, or email support@casventa.com with the subject “do not share” and we will mark your record so nothing about it is reported to an advertising platform. We do not sell personal information, so there is no sale to opt out of, and we do not use sensitive personal information for anything beyond delivering the service you asked for.
To ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or to confirm any of this in writing, email support@casventa.com or call (844) 926-2402. We do not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right.
10global privacy control#
Some browsers and extensions send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal indicating you want to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We honor that signal automatically: the advertising measurement tags do not load, no advertising cookie is set, any request you submit from that browser is marked so our servers never report it to an advertising platform, and we do not show our privacy notice. Nothing else about the service changes.
11state privacy rights#
We are a Pennsylvania company serving Pennsylvania property owners and buyers. If you live in a state with a comprehensive consumer privacy law (for example California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, or Texas), that law may give you rights to know what personal information we hold about you and how we use it, to get a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, to opt out of its sale or its use for targeted advertising, and to appeal a decision we make about a request. We extend the same rights to every consumer we serve, whichever state you live in.
To exercise a right, email support@casventa.com or call (844) 926-2402. We will verify that the request comes from you (or from an agent you have authorized) using the phone number or email address on your record, and we will respond within 45 days, extending once by a further 45 days if we need to and telling you why. If we decline a request you may appeal by replying to our answer, and a different person will review it. Some records must be kept even if you ask us to delete them: consent records, call recordings kept for licensing compliance, and records of a completed transaction. We will tell you which, and why, when that applies.
For the record required by some of these laws: in the last 12 months we have collected the categories of personal information listed under “what we collect,” for the purposes under “how we use it,” and disclosed them to the recipients under “what we share.” We have not sold personal information. We share the click identifier, a hashed email address, IP address, and browser type with advertising platforms for measurement, and OpenAI's tag also collects a hashed phone number, all of which you can opt out of above. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
12visitors outside the United States (GDPR and UK GDPR)#
Our service is offered to people buying or selling property in Pennsylvania, and we do not target visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland. If you use the site from one of those places anyway, this section explains how the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR apply. Trebol Ventures LLC d/b/a Casventa is the controller of your personal data. We have not appointed a representative in the EU or the UK.
Our legal bases are: performance of a contract or steps you ask us to take before one, for preparing your estimate, confirming your details, and making the introduction you requested; your consent, for text messages, call recording, any lender introduction, and the advertising measurement tags, each of which you can withdraw at any time without affecting the lawfulness of what came before; our legitimate interests in running and securing the site and in keeping licensing and audit records; and legal obligation, where a law requires us to keep or disclose something.
You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to our processing of it, to receive it in a portable form, and to withdraw consent. Where we rely on legitimate interests you may object at any time and we will stop unless we can show compelling grounds. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office). To exercise any of these rights email support@casventa.com; we respond within one month, extending by up to two further months for complex requests and telling you if we do.
We are located in the United States and process and store personal data there, with the service providers named under “what we share.” Where data is transferred from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland we rely on standard contractual clauses (and the UK Addendum) with those providers, or on your explicit consent for the transfer. Our assistant uses automated processing to prepare estimates and to confirm your details before introducing you to a licensed agent; no decision with legal or similarly significant effects about you is made solely by automated means, and a licensed person is always available by phone at (844) 926-2402. We keep personal data for the periods under “retention and security.”
13retention and security#
We keep records only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal, licensing, and audit obligations, then delete or de-identify them. As a rule: recordings and transcripts of calls are kept for 24 months from the call, and personal information connected to an inquiry that does not lead to a transaction is deleted or de-identified within 36 months of our last contact. Consent records, and records connected to a completed transaction, are kept longer where licensing and audit rules require it. We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect your information.
14children#
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
15changes and contact#
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. The September 6, 2026 revision named each of our service providers and what it does under “what we share,” and said plainly that your call summary goes to the professional we introduce you to; the September 5, 2026 revision added the “advertising measurement,” “state privacy rights,” and “visitors outside the United States” sections and the one-click opt-out. Neither changed what we collect from you or whom we introduce you to. Questions: support@casventa.com, (844) 926-2402, or Trebol Ventures LLC d/b/a Casventa, 700 Bent Creek Blvd, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050. See also our Terms of Service.
